A note from Chris….

 

My personal statement is to enjoy the present moment and be all that I can be. By nature, I live true to my heart, passionate in what I do and represent.   

 

I am outgoing and always genuine, life is too short to hide in the shadows. At the core of what I do, there are People … I strive to understand their passion, their goals, what holds them back, or, how to coach and guide their enthusiasm. 

 

Within my profession, these people are my products.   

 

Utilising my broad experience, not only in my previous roles as; Mechanic/Technician, Sales Consultant, Field Consultant, Recruiter and also department leader, but also largely my professional exposure of 17 years ensures I can adapt to meet candidates within their skilled areas in order to provide accurate and knowledgeable vetting for my clients.

 

My experience also brings an extensive passive network which reaches high calibre professionals across Australia, something advertising generally cannot.  I’ve fostered and grown relationships across states, been a key driver in setting up interstate offices and mentored staff along the way.

 

I’ve learned that successful people share many things. Vision, Goal Setting, Hard Work – application, Passion and an Attitude to just get on and Do It!

 

I had an ambition to work with Awesome People when first establishing Leopard Recruitment, brought on from a desire to represent positive and driven professionals through a specialised stream.

 

I have a strong belief that awesome people in business are indispensable. Awesome people give an organisation the edge. I want to engage with, and then supply my loyal clients, people with positive energy, a willingness to do, who forge relationships, have their teammates back, create new ideas…people who push the boundaries and go for the win!
